This is the risk assessment which includes the potential risk that could occur in the TV studio, the people who may be harmed because of the possible hazard, the objects/property that may be damaged as a result of the hazard that could occur, risk controls that are already in place to stop any hazards from happening, whether the risk is low, moderate, high or extreme and the further action that will be taken in order to control a risk if any do end up happening while filming.
