The call sheets for my FMP this year:
These are the call sheets which state the call times for the crew and cast, the call time for makeup, the call time for wardrobe, the estimated wrap time, the times when the sun rises and the sun sets, an emergency contact number, the addresses of the locations being used, the unit base addresses the production company and the contact details of the location manager of the locations. It also includes the names of the producer, director, 1st assistant director, director of photography, production manager and production runner that are on set as well as the name of the actor who is on set at the locations where he is needed.
The sheet also says the name of his character, his pick up time, his makeup/hair time, wardrobe time, what time he has to be on set for and what scenes he has to do while the explanation of what is being filmed in the location is above that along with whether it is being filmed inside or outside, whether it is night or day and what scenes the actor is required for. Also, there is obviously the name of the project, the date of the filming in the specific locations and the use of 'N/A' when a particular section of the call sheet does not apply to what is being used in my production personally.
