These are the risk assessments for my music video that I am creating for my FMP this year, they include the hazard, the people who may be harmed, the property that may be damaged, the risk controls put in place to stop any incidents from occurring and, the level of the risk (LOW, MODERATE, HIGH, EXTREME) and the further action reacquired to control the risk:
