Weekly Reflection- Week 11 (Specialist Study)- Lesson 3

On Tuesday 11th February in Faye's lesson I worked on creating a targeted questionnaire for the documentary about the true power of music and how the genres of Emo Rap and Grunge are able to make people feel genuine, strong emotions that show how they are able to help people with releasing their feelings that are brought to the surface by their favourite genre. The other piece of work that I started on in Faye's lesson was making notes on the documentary Soaked in Bleach which is about the death of Kurt Cobain and how it is possible that the investigation made into his suicide was done poorly and was closed too soon as the documentary examines the evidence that suggests that his wife Courtney Love murdered him or had him assassinated, with in detail looks at what really happened during the lead up to what would ultimately end up being Kurt's death. Overall, I am pleased with the work I was able to produce this lesson as I feel like it is very relevant to what the documentary is about as it helps us as filmmakers find out more accurate information and more context behind the content we're producing about the particular subject the documentary is centered around so I think that the work I did this week contributed quite a good amount to the documentary and what it will eventually end up becoming once the final edit is completed.
